Tiny guest cottage on a farm in Sweden
This adorable guest cottage can be found on a farm just south of Stockholm. It has its own kitchen but bathroom facilities are either in the main farmhouse or maybe an outhouse. The cottage has roughly 15 m2 (160 ft2) of floor space plus a sleeping loft. The wall construction is interesting, consisting of planks notched at the ends and stacked like a mini log cabin. The planks were left as the inside wall finish but were covered on the outside at some point. That was likely done to add insulation before putting the current board and batten siding over top.
Unfortunately there are no more photos of the guest cottage, but the rest of the farm, including the 1803 farmhouse, can be seen here (click the yellow bar that says “Visa alla bilder”).

I Think It’s Cute…And If It’s Just One Person…What More Do You Need Other Than An Indoor Bathroom Might Have Been Nice. 🙂
Hm, having to use the toillete in the middle of the night, please give a bathroom nook and take the ktichen.
Very cute! If you add a bathroom then it’s basically the same size as my Tokyo apartment! Haha.
