I love the airiness of all the windows but, out in woods like this, I think I’d opt for more wood and less floor-to-ceiling windows. Maybe it’d be wiser to put in more smaller windows all around the place. After all, bears, wild cat, coyote packs, etc, love the woods, too…and smelling food cooking might seem like an invite to some of them. Glass just won’t win against some of the larger “neighbors” living out there with you. Even wood might not be enough to keep them out if they’re truly persistent but at least you’d have a few more seconds to get that gun.
