GREAT beach house!
I tried contacting the owner of the one for sale to locate plans but didn’t hear back from them this week.
Any idea who sells this plan?

Hi John, I’m afraid we have no other leads on the plans. I just checked their website and it is down with a message about migrating to a new hosting service. So if you just sent an email, it might have been lost as a result of their change in service providers. Someone else was asking about this cottage too. I’ll ask if they had any luck reaching the developer.
Hi John, as far as we know no one has been able to reach the developer, but one reader had plans drawn up just based on the photos shown here. It’s a fairly straightforward structure, so any architectural draftsperson should be able to do it. The key to replicating the beach cottage feel would be in getting the details right…galvanized corrugated roofing, railing design, trim, etc.
